Reflecting on 2 years....

Sometimes I wonder where the time goes- it seems that only yesterday I was laying down tiles here with my Dad, interviewing cake decorators (talk about the stars aligning- right Kate?!) and wondering what the future would hold. 
I don't think that in my wildest dreams  did I ever envision amazing beautiful wedding cakes, a devoted staff I'm so lucky to have, and probably the nicest clients in the city.  I'm getting emotional even thinking about it now.  I'd like to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for making it possible to do what I love, be with people I love, meet new people everyday and getting to work with the BEST business people in this city.  From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
Alright, off with the Steel Magnolias emotional stuff and on to the fun- I'm so so so excited for our Birthday Party this year I can hardly contain myself!  we have so many cool things planned for you guys this year- and some of the $$$ raised at the events- thats right events - this year will be going to an amazing cause, the Westminster Pet Sanctuary. 

On Saturday October 15, here at 507 Bronson Ave from 10am until 4pm

• Samples and pretty vegan cosmetics for sale thanks to Lush Byward Market
• Rideau Valley Roller Girls will return to be our sample queens!
• Return of the cupcake photobooth!
• Free Auntie Loo Samples ALL DAY LONG
