Well, this weekend was a milestone for myself and Miss Kate. We created our first big wedding cake for a customer!
This cake was flavored with organic 100% vanilla, and the frosting under the fondant is coconut. All completely vegan of course!
Miss Kate decorated diligently while I played as many absurd songs as I could on the office record player. (Starship, anyone?)
After a 20km/hr car ride to the venue, I came to the realization this must be how people feel when driving their new baby home from the hospital. Carrying it in was terrifying as well, but Im delighted to report that all went well!
