Easter Take N' Bakes!

OK Does anyone else feel like we've jumped straight from Winter into Summer? I know this cannot be, and that we have lots more Spring-like weather to come, but it is freakin' warm out there! That thunderstorm woke me up this morning like nobody's business. It was awesome.

Well, you know what time of year it is when Spring comes upon us... that's right... Easter!!! While the only eggs you'll find around our bakery are dancing bunny eggs (see above), we still have you covered for your delicious Easter treats this year! Here is what we are offering:

Pre-Order your Easter Take N' Bake packs today!
$20/12 frozen(pre-prepared) treats

Send us an e-mail or give us a call to place an order for this $20 Easter treat pack, available for pickup between April 19th and April 23rd. These packs contain one dozen of one kind of prepared treats which are baked fresh by yourself when ready to consume. They can be frozen until it comes time for you to pop 'em in your oven (allow time to defrost!). You will be provided with baking instructions when you pickup your pack. When ordering your Take N' Bake, you have the choice of:

12 Gluten Free Hot Cross Buns

12 Cinnamon Buns

12 Orange Blossom Anise Scones

Please note we are not able to mix n' match - each pack of 12 must be purchased separately if you wish to have more than one type of treat. Additionally, we WILL have some treat packs available in store for pickup, but we cannot guarantee that we will have the kind you desire, and we will sell them first come, first serve. So please pre-order your pack to avoid disappointment!

As mentioned earlier, each Take N' Bake pack will be 12 pieces for $20 - this is an even better deal than we had at Christmas, when we sold them 10 pieces for $20! It truly is an Easter miracle!!!

While we're talkin' Easter, it would be a good time for us to share with you our hours for that weekend. Please keep this in mind when placing your order for pick-up (i.e. We are closed Fridays and will fully book up for Easter Saturday!).

Friday, April 22nd: CLOSED
Saturday, April 23rd: 8am - 3pm
Sunday, April 24th: CLOSED
Monday, April 25th: CLOSED

That's all I have to report for now! We are getting excited for Veg Fest coming up on May 1st, and we have just heard that the Punk Ottawa Flea Market is going to be on Sunday, May 8th!! I missed the first one as I was off gallivanting in England (such a tough life), so I was adamant about making it out to the 2nd one. Really looking forward to it... Did I mention I freaking love my job!?!
